We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

We may collect your name, contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp), country of residence, date of birth, passport details, academic transcripts and certificates, English test results, work history, and any other information you choose to share with us to help plan your studies.

2. How we collect it

Mainly directly from you: through our website enquiry form, email, phone, WhatsApp, or in consultations. With your consent, we may also receive information from education providers about your application.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide education counselling.
  • To prepare and submit applications to universities, TAFEs and colleges on your behalf.
  • To communicate with you about your application, enrolment and arrival.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to provide our services, for example with education providers you apply to, health cover (OSHC) providers you choose, and service providers who help us run our business (such as email and IT providers). We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may store data overseas; where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected.

5. Keeping it secure

We store information securely and limit access to staff who need it. We do not keep original passports or certificates.

6. Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.

7. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact us first so we can resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
